Monday was busy day training clients, but rest for me !
Tuesday Rpm class followed by 4Km run, wipes your legs big time, coming off bike and hitting the running !
Still feeling very lethargic and not losing fat or weight, hoping nothing wrong, think my body may still be adapting to new regime ?

Latest Update
Friday was (as always) RPM in the morning, that was it
Saturday meant a little bit of swimming (and some flumes ) as had planned to do road race on Sunday
No road race today, so 90 minute cycle then 20 min run.
Long beach walk then some boules on beach, making up games and rules as we went, also received my new (well some of them) competition kettlebells today
