Training for Today

Superset Pull ups and Jack knife Press ups (thought we were doing 5 sets, but Jason added 2 extra on ?!?!?) Then 20 and 24Kg single then double kettlebell jerks.
Eating a lot better now too, starting to feel a whole lot better already :-)
Also agreed to take part in road race (cycling) this Sunday
