Another good day, getting easier to motivate myself to train, without making up or listenung to the usual old excuses !
This morning saw the return of the kettlebells, if I'm being honest being avoiding them as I know how much I've let myself slip with them. If you know kettlebells, you'll know how unforgiving they are !
Workout consisted of 2 Kettlebell snatches for time, embarrassingly only lasted 3 mins, 1 minute rest then 3 mins again !
Moved onto 1 KB snatches fro 2 sets of 2 mins
Next up was snatches, 3mins each side with one arm swings to finish off.
This afternoon I scouted out the route for Sundays cycle race, tough course, I covered 2 laps today (8 laps on Sunday) 30K ride including to start of circuit and back, 1 hour so not too bad a workout
