UPDATES FOR TUESDAY 7/7/09 AND 8/7/09

TUESDAY - RPM Class 6.15 am, Afternoon Pull up and Dips Superset 5 Sets
WEDNESDAY Bike Run to Gorey and back, fast pace bit windy too
Getting backi nto it now, not so much of a chore, got some good workouts planned and my food is getting better, mostly due to better preperation
